Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract, provided you exercise your right in writing within seven working day after you
have received the goods. Please follow the Returns procedure below to return
your items.
Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact.

3. Returns
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for pierced products, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact.
PebbleStar is committed to providing customers with quality products. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our commitment to you, to ensure products received are of the highest possible standard.
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please send an email to custservice@pebblestar.com
If the items you have ordered through
our website are unsuitable, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by
sending an email to custservice@pebblestar.com
detailing your original order number and the item/s you wish to return. You
will then receive an email informing you of your Returns Number, which you must
write on the original delivery note received with your goods and return, within
7 days of receiving your Returns Number to:

Note: If a free gift was offered with the
purchase of one of the items returned, the free gift should also be returned.
We strongly recommend that you
arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept
responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage
is not proof of delivery.

returned merchandise will be incurred at the customer’s expense.
