4.        Shipping and Returns

Delivery deadlines are given as an indication. PebbleStar does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Once you have received the goods, you will assume all risks in the goods. Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. Please refer to this Shipping and Returns section of this Website for further information.

 

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted unless you notify us in writing that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods to us in accordance with the Shipping and Returns procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.

5.        Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right in writing at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact.

6.        Price

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are net prices and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packaging, details of which are provided in the Shipping and Returns page of the Website.

 

We reserve the right at any time to vary the Price to reflect any increase in costs to us which is attributable to factors beyond our control; including, but not limited to, any variation in the cost of materials, transport, labour or other production costs, duties, taxes or any fluctuation in exchange rates.

 

 

7.        Payment

Payments for our products are made through the Paypal server. Paypal do not share your financial details with us therefore we do not see and do not have access to your bank account or credit card numbers.

 

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until fully payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.

 

 

8.        Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including product description, appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

 

 

9.        Gift-Wrapping

We offer you the option of having your items gift-wrapped for a fee. This fee will be calculated automatically, based on your item selection, and displayed on step 1 of the checkout process, where you can either accept or refuse the gift-wrapping service.

We will then select a paper and/or gift-pouch of our choice depending on the stock available at the time of purchase. We can only wrap the whole order.

 

You will have the possibility to add a message for the recipient of the order on step 1 of the checkout process. This comment will be printed on the packing slip sent with the items. No prices will be quoted.

 

 

10.   Safety warning

Our jewellery items are not suitable for children under 6 years due to choking hazard.

Jewellery pieces are not toys, and should not be given to babies and very young children to play with.

 

 

11.   Legal Jurisdiction

Any commercial dealings or contracts entered into with PebbleStar and the Terms & Conditions of Trade contained herein, shall be governed by English Law. Any disputes which may arise are subject to English Law and shall be addressed and decided exclusively by the courts of England.
